Planning a Dutch move: which list comes first?

I'm looking at a move to the Netherlands for my freelance work. I keep mixing up the visa, business, and tax steps. How did you make a plan?

I used three lists: permission to live there, how the business would work, and tax questions. One big list got messy fast.

Start with the Dutch IND page for the current permit rules. Then take your dates and business idea to advisers in both countries.

I'll do that. The lists can each have an owner and a due date.
